ABOUT US RÉNNOVATE (rén = people in the Chinese language) is a human-centered innovation design consultancy. We identify fresh opportunities to serve people better by uncovering consumers’ latent needs, behaviors, and desires. We envision new brands and design the products, services, and interactive experiences that bring them to life.
METHODOLOGY RÉNNOVATE Inspires through in-depth interactions with end consumers’ behavior to discover fresh opportunities. Problem-solving solutions are Ideated. We then apply our design creativity together with engineering/ programming expertises to Implement them into come-to-life solutions.
LEADERSHIP Helmed by Singaporean Creative Director Lynnette Chan, based in Shanghai since 2006. Lynnette has 10 years of practising industrial design experience with 5 years understanding consumers in China. Prior to start RÉNNOVATE, Lynnette was an industrial designer with world’s leading innovation consultancy, IDEO. Her project work were in collaboration with TCL, BP, Eli Lilly, P&G, HP, Intel, OXO, Cisco, F.I.T. New York and Georg Fischer, working in both Shanghai and Palo Alto office.
From 2009, she is a guest lecturer with L’École de design Nantes Atlantique, a French higher education institution’s Master degree in design program (China campus).

团队领导 新加坡创意设计总监曾宝娇创立仁创公司。曾宝娇有十年扎实的工业设计经验，自二零零六年在中国了解本土用户的设计。在成立仁创之前，曾宝娇曾在世界著名的领先创新公司IDEO工作。她的项目涉及TCL,英国石油公司，美国礼来医疗公司，宝洁，惠普，英特尔，美国OXO公司，思科，纽约F.I.T.学院，瑞士乔治费歇尔公司等。
自二零零九年始,她作为客座讲师在法国著名高等学府南特高等设计学院（中国校区）教授其设计专业研究生课程。
